Fork Lifter
Fork lift is specially designed to lift small loads up to 200kgs. During
Idly/Dosa Batter grinding, putting the rice in 40L & 60L grinder is a difficult
task (20kg & 30kg rice weight). When they are making 1000kgs,2000kgs and 5000kgs
of Idly batter daily, the number of putting the Rice/Dhal in the grinders are
more.
This fork lifter has got two motorized operations i.e. one is up and down
movement to lift/down the rice vessel. The movement can be stopped at any point
with press button. Likewise, to put the rice inside the grinder, also a tilting
mechanism is given to the rice collection vessel and it can tilt forward or
backward up to 180° c. These systems are operated with gear box control so it
has got very smooth operation. Like other fork lifters, this equipment is not
heavy, so movement of the equipment is easy.
To simplify this, we have designed a very light weight motorized fork lifter to
lift the rice/dhal collection vessel to particular height to put the rice into
the grinder. By this the manual work is fully avoided. This Forklift having
trolley wheels (with bearing) to move forward to any area inside the factory
with ease. In this Fork lifter, batter can be collected and taken to the batter
packing machine to put the Idli batter inside the hopper for continuous packing.
