Batter Collection Vessel
This vessel is made out of SS 304 material. This vessel is available from the capacity of 50 Litres to 200 Litres. This vessel is also having four nos of trolley wheels fixed at the bottom side of the vessel to move any area inside the factory. Two, side handles with flexible arm are fixed at two opposite sides of the vessel.. .
In this vessel, first dhal batter will be collected from one grinder and rice batter will be collected in another grinder (or second grinder) and taken to the vertical batter mixer for direct and easy batter mixing. Due to the trolley wheels fixed in this vessel, it saves lot of handling problems and saves time.
This batter collection vessel is also used as a fermentation vessel for Idly /Dosa batter for fermenting for 2 to 3hrs time before packing. Afterwards, this vessel will be moved to the automatic packing machine area from where with the help of batter pump, The batter is pumped in to the automatic packing machine.
